AMPAC USA manufactures and installs advanced water purification systems built to solve some of the world's most complex water challenges.
Our water treatment systems primarily use Reverse Osmosis technology to make water from any source drinkable, including sea water.
As a member of the Ampac USA team, you'll take pride in delivering systems and parts that produce clean, safe water.
Our customers range from residential households to militaries, governments and industrial companies throughout the world.
Responsibilities ? Work within a team to manage the inventory (parts & pieces) required to build world-class water systems, including assembly components, and ensuring customer demand is fulfilled ? Prepare, box and ship parts kits or water systems to global customers ? Receive and verify that incoming materials meet expected order quantity and quality standards ? Maintain inventory using company tracking system ? Track and submit a daily worksheet including time spent on various activities ? Take the lead in ensuring warehouse is kept in a clean and orderly state, contribute to warehouse workflow/layout decisions ? Work with vendors and shipping agents, as required ? Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate records ? Perform periodic inventory counts / spot checks ? Learn new skills and techniques to improve productivity and quality ? Other duties as assigned by your manager Required Skills ? Basic computer skills, or willingness to learn ? Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, etc.
? Knowledge of general hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.
) preferred ? Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; self starter; attention to detail; organized ? Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations ? Standing, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts is common to the job.
? Ability to work standing for extended periods of time ? Excellent hand eye coordination and eyesight.
? Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (gloves, safety glasses, etc.
).
? Speaks, understands, reads and writes in English ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Good listening, communication, interpersonal skills; patience with self and others ? Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds preferred Job Type:
